General These terms apply to all purchases made from KH Industries. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in NOK unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock issues. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

Payment We accept [Mastercard, Visa, Klarna, ShopifyPay]. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Shipping Orders are shipped to Norway and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy for details. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our prices and are non-refundable.

Consumer Rights Norwegian and EU/EEA consumers retain all statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Complaints & Disputes If you have a complaint, contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it. Norwegian consumers can also contact Forbrukertilsynet (the Consumer Authority) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing Law These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be resolved in Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
